iJADE Conference 2019, update


With just under one month to go, the iJADE Conference organisers have a few important updates and reminders:

Conference Registration
Thank you to all those who have already registered for the conference. If you are yet to book and make payment for the conference, please follow this link

The deadline for registration has been extended to 5:00pm on Friday 1 February; please ensure you register before this date. As a reminder, at least one registered speaker is required for papers to be included in the programme.

Conference Venue
This year’s conference will be held at Goldsmiths, University of London. Please see the full venue address and map link below for further details:

Registration will take place in the foyer of the Whitehead Building (ground floor). More details about the conference venue will follow shortly.

Parallel Sessions & Presenter Guidelines
The programme for this year's conference will include five Parallel Sessions, with groups of three speakers forming common interest themes where possible. The sessions last for 90 minutes, with each presenter having 30 minutes in total (including changeover and Q&A). The full programme and details of individual parallel sessions will be sent out in a couple of weeks, and will also be available online throughout the conference.

Conference Dinner & Uniqlo Tate Late, Friday 22 February 2019: Conference Dinner at Tas Pide, 19:00 - 20:30

This year’s iJADE conference dinner is catered by Tas Pide. The set meal includes the Renke Set Meze with bread, dessert and one glass of wine (or non-alcoholic drink). The meal will cost £30 per person, to book a place please follow the shopfront link
