Management and Organisation

This section deals with Health and Safety issues that are related to the management and organisation of specialist facilities and equipment in an art and design department and day-to-day classroom requirements.

CLEAPSS have produced a series of Risk Assessment guidance documents, specifically for art & design, and also for those activities in D&T that share materials, equipment and processes. Schools, Trusts and Local Partnerships of Schools will need to have a membership for CLEAPSS to enable their teachers to access these very useful guidance documents.
