This paper is a further exploration of the impact of data driven target setting in art and design. It explores the context at key stage 2, the consequences of a particular approach to target setting at key stage 3, the likely problems of this approach, the possible impact on the attitudes of students and teachers, and the longer term effect on the art and design curriculum.
